This team manages the design and dissemination of web-based, self-paced, and facilitated Professional Learning Resources for Cisco Networking Academy Instructors.

K-5 Mathematics Initiatives Team

This team provides leadership and management for the design and dissemination of K-5 mathematics teaching resources within communities of practice.

Technology Solutions Team

This team manages Server and Network Administration and designs online content delivery and collaborative experiences that require knowledge of instructional design and technology applications.

Evaluation, Measurement, and Statistics Team

This team evaluates the effectiveness of Cisco's Networking Academy products and programs to drive Academy business decisions and improvements and conducts teaching and learning research to determine how instructors can improve their teaching.

Academy Operations Team

This team has several areas of specialization including data mining and analysis, language translation, support of the Cisco Networking Academy field teams and Training Centers, scholarships, and maintenance and updating of software.

Operations Team

The Operations Team is responsible for monthly financial reporting and reviews, financial controls over expenditures, grant administration, design of policies and procedures, legal oversight, audits, contracts, marketing, timesheet reporting, human resource management, and management of facilities.
